Our Story: Building a Better Eswatini
Learn about the purpose, history, and dedicated team driving the Imphumelelo Yensha Foundation.
The Genesis of Imphumelelo Yensha
Founded in 2023, Imphumelelo Yensha, meaning "New Success" in SiSwati, was created in direct response to the urgent need for youth empowerment and entrepreneurial growth in Eswatini.
We recognized a gap: local talent possessed immense potential, but lacked access to critical resources—namely, startup capital and modern digital skill training. Our founders envisioned a bridge that would connect these aspiring leaders to the tools they need to succeed, fostering genuine, long-term economic independence.
